President Bush wants Cuba to elect it's next leader...a nobel concept

I want to see happens if they democratically elect Raul Castro.

Bush said Cuba's future should not be based on the fact that "somebody is
somebody's brother."

So I suppose that means he's not going to let Jeb run for President...unless, of coure, that only applies to everyone else and not the US, as does most things.
