I Thought HE Was The Decider

We need a "War Czar" says President Bush to oversee the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

My only question is, isn't this a job for the President himself? Does he oversee wars? Isn't he the Decider after all?

Perhaps he has privately realized and admitted to himself how bad he's bungled it and is now ready to turn the wars over to some unelected trigger happy neocon to wash his hands of this.

Then he can get back to the real business of being a Republican President, pandering to the religious right.
